Public promises vs alleged course
- Sale positioning
Premium Serta representations including “World’s Best Mattress”-class messaging and White Glove-type delivery/install expectations supporting a ~US$23,000 / HK$168,180 purchase (paid 20 Mar 2026; delivered 1 Jul 2026). See us.html · identifiers.
- Alleged course
Outdoor exposure, near-90° force-fold, unfulfilled install/cleanup commitments, post-payment blocking — documented on this site.
- What arrived instead of answers
Written notices since 3 Jul 2026. Responses dominated by warranty/auto tickets (including #04963917, #04966202, #04968606, #04968775 “will update shortly”, and 2026-09-22 batch 04969702–04969708). Those tickets are archived at /silence/ and are not a named point-by-point reply. Promising a later update while never delivering numbered answers is recorded as an alleged misleading / deceptive handling pattern — not a judicial fraud finding.

Failure to provide a point-by-point written reply continues on /silence/ and may support further consumer, media, or regulator-form steps. Alleged — no adjudication.
