Purchase dated 29 May 2016 from Living Spaces; delivery 11 June 2016; later a warranty claim for deep sagging/indentation said to be covered under Serta's 10-year limited warranty. The public file is the claim, not a court order. Cited next to this Storini file because the public pattern — sagging / iComfort — is the context Serta already lives in. This is not a claim that the Hong Kong mattress is the same SKU. It is a claim that silence is not unique, and that published warranty and service sentences already exist for Serta to use if it wanted to answer.
