The fifth notice puts three facts together: paid in full; product called genuine; no named authorised channel and no official-channel invoice produced to this desk; customer blocked after paying.

The characterisation — tolerated grey-market diversion and off-the-books collection — is the complainant's. It is put as a question. No named individual is accused of a specific crime on this site.
