No named case owner followed the first notice. This letter restates the facts, the withheld dealer, the refund demand, and the preservation of records. It is not a new story. It is a clock.

The photographs remain: outdoor mattress, WeChat promises, strap fold, blocked contact.

If Serta treats a ~US$23,000 paying customer as a local shop inconvenience, say so in writing.
