Warranty landing
Ten years on the homepage. 1.5 inches in the table.
serta.com markets a 10-year limited warranty and a 100-night trial on serta.com orders. Help article 1204 sends authorised-retailer purchases back to the dealer. Rooms To Go publishes impression thresholds: typically 1½ inches for innerspring, ¾ inch for foam, matching foundation required. Mattress Miracle's 2026 explainer names the 1.0–1.4 inch gap: painful, not covered. Stain clauses appear in the same trade writing.
This Hong Kong file is not yet a sagging-warranty claim. It is a delivery, labelling, channel and silence claim on a ~US$23,000 mattress. The warranty literature is here because Serta already knows how to write exclusions. The folding exclusion in China is one of them. The 1.5-inch rule in the US is another. Public BBB and ConsumerAffairs narratives show customers hitting those doors for years.
If Serta wants this file inside a warranty form, it can name a case owner and send the form. The photographs will still be the photographs.
Public US threads already walk into this table: iComfort sag measured at 2.5 inches then denied over a stain; iComfort Pro HD near 1 inch in 6–8 months while the form waits for 1.5; BBB files labelled Unanswered. Mainland 消费保 filings repeat sag, ‘only springs count’, and 400-880-1931 missing a 48-hour promise. Captures of those pages are at /captures/.
Primary record: serta.asia. Evidence film: 02:02 cut, 15 chapters. Questions: twelve questions. Public complaints: sources.
