White Glove on serta.com. Rain in Hong Kong.

Serta's US shipping-returns page says White Glove Delivery includes set-up in the room of your choice and removal of an old mattress. Help article 974 repeats scheduled delivery, packaging removal, and old-mattress/box-spring haul-away where applicable. Threshold Delivery is front door only.

This file's delivery, 1 July 2026, Hong Kong, on a mattress sold as Serta Storini King Size for about US$23,000: left outdoors about 24 hours; force-folded with a strap to nearly 90 degrees; a 70-year-old mother made to help lift; packaging and the old mattress left in the living room; the paying customer blocked on phone and WeChat.

If White Glove is a US-only paid extra, Serta can say so in writing, with the SKU and the contract that excluded it from this sale. If it is brand-level positioning — World's Best Mattress, sheep-approved, 10-year limited warranty — then a ~US$23,000 Serta mattress folded almost in half in the street is the exhibit.

Serta China's service-philosophy page claims installation, repair, first-time problem solving, logistics tracking and safe delivery. Serta China's warranty terms treat folding and improper moving as a damage risk. Those two China pages and the US White Glove pages are cited, not paraphrased into a court finding.

Question 1 on the twelve-question sheet is this comparison. Question 2 is the folding exclusion. The photographs are Exhibits 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 08.
