Why it sits next to Storini. This card is not a finding that the Hong Kong Storini mattress is the same SKU or the same dealer. It is a dated, cited public record of how Serta already appears on complaint desks: sagging, warranty measurement gaps, dealer-first doors, installation fights, cut-label goods, and files that close without a brand reply. The Storini file asks for a named case owner, an official-channel invoice, a folding/exposure opinion and a refund. Theme indexed here: installation / 晃动. Region: CN.
