上海真北红星美凯龙：销售说 25 年质保，事后只保弹簧

消费保 96018332

This desk is not a class action and not a finding of fraud. Each card is a public, dated consumer record cited to its source. Names of private individuals are omitted. Themes (sagging, warranty gap, installation, cut-label, silence) are the complainant's index, not a court verdict. This Hong Kong Storini file sits beside them so Serta cannot pretend the silence is unique.

消费保 96018332 — ‘25-year warranty’ sold; later only the springs, 2,600 yuan to replace 消费保 96018332, 9 May 2023. 上海真北红星美凯龙, 13,980 yuan in 2017. Sales said 25 years; official copy still says 25-year use-warranty; sag, and the shop then said only the springs are covered and a replacement would cost the customer 2,600 yuan. Later marked ‘resolved / free repair / add firmness in store’. The public record is the gap between the 25-year sentence and the spring-only door — the same small-print move as the US 1.5-inch table. Cited text. 2017 年上海真北红星美凯龙 13,980 元。销售说 25 年质保；官方仍宣传 25 年保用；塌陷后店方称只保弹簧，换新要消费者出 2,600 元。后来标记免费维修、到店加硬。截图见 /captures/CAP-011。25 年那句话和「只保弹簧」那扇门，与美国 1.5 英寸表格是同一类细字。

Why it sits next to Storini. This card is not a finding that the Hong Kong Storini mattress is the same SKU or the same dealer. It is a dated, cited public record of how Serta already appears on complaint desks: sagging, warranty measurement gaps, dealer-first doors, installation fights, cut-label goods, and files that close without a brand reply. The Storini file asks for a named case owner, an official-channel invoice, a folding/exposure opinion and a refund. Theme indexed here: 25-year / springs only. Region: CN.
