Sales said 25 years; official copy still says 25-year use-warranty; sag, and the shop then said only the springs are covered and a replacement would cost the customer 2,600 yuan. Later marked ‘resolved / free repair / add firmness in store’. The public record is the gap between the 25-year sentence and the spring-only door — the same small-print move as the US 1.5-inch table.
